Ridgefield NWR: Habitat Restoration

Volunteer Habitat Restoration, Tree Planting & Maintenance, River 'S' Unit JOIN US for volunteer work days in the wild and beautiful setting of the 5,200-acre Refuge as we plant native trees and shrubs, maintain/repair past plantings, and install wire fencing for protection.  Come out to the refuge and explore, meet good people, and do great things. All workdays are from 9am-12:30pm rain or shine. Wear waterproof footwear, bring gloves, and dress for the weather. Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is encouraged but not required.
