Plant Sale Pick-Up Instructions
Thank you again for ordering plants! We appreciate your support.
Plant pick-up is Saturday, February 15th, 2025 at CASEE, 1104 NE 149TH St, Brush Prairie, WA.
Please arrive during your 30-minute window. You can view the time you signed up for in your confirmation email.
Here’s what to expect when you arrive at your scheduled time:
When you arrive at the sale during your scheduled time, please stay in your car.
One of our staff will come to your car to greet you. Our greeter will ask for your name so that they can arrange your order and will give you an information packet and a name card. You will pull your car forward into our loading zone. Staff will gather your order, and then load your order into the back of your vehicle or place it next to your car. You will not need to get out of your car at any point during the process.
If you ordered potted plants, you will be directed to the west lot to park and pick up your pots. Your name card will indicate whether or not you have potted plants if you are unsure. There is a staff member who will be present to assist you if you have any questions. If you are able to bring flats or boxes for loading up your potted plants, that would be helpful. If you are unable to bring your own boxes, we will have some available.
After receiving your order, please follow the signage and park in the west lot to check your order before leaving. You are responsible for ensuring you have your full order. Once you leave, you will not be able to return to fix your order or get a refund.
It is helpful, but not required if you bring a copy of your order form with you.
While checking your order if you discover a problem with your order, you can follow signage to our customer service table where staff will be available to assist you.
If you are a member of a high-risk population or require accommodations for a fully contactless pick-up, please email plantsale@clarkcd.org as soon as possible to make arrangements.
Other important reminders for the pickup date:
We organize orders by the last name of the person on the order. Please make sure you have that name and your order number available in case there are any issues finding your order.
There will be absolutely NO day-of sales this year. Any leftover plants and orders not picked up will be donated—no exceptions.
